Damson Jam

This jam is made with locally grown damson, sun ripened, hand-picked and slow cooked with minimal natural sweetener, no artificial ingredients, colors, flavors or preservatives, enabling you to experience the natural flavor of the fruit and giving it a beautiful dark red color. This jam is delicious on bagel, toast or biscuit or drizzle a bit on top of your ice cream, yogurt or dessert. Also, great to liven up any boring original cheesecake with a dollop of this jam on top.
